Michael Friedman is an attorney with more than thirty years experience, with an office in the suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area. His practice is devoted primarily to Social Security Disability, Elder Law and Administrative law. He has successfully handled civil and administrative litigation with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and, of course, the Social Security Administration, as well as other Federal and state agencies.

“The life of the law has not been logic; it has been experience. The felt necessities of the time, the prevalent moral and political theories, intuitions of public policy, avowed or unconscious, even the prejudices which judges share with their fellow men, have had a good deal more to do than the syllogism in determining the rules by which men should be governed.”

- Oliver Wendell Homes, Jr.
